A “role-play” workshop that emphasizes on the application of project management processes and techniques in the real-world project. The workshop developed for experienced project teams in the enterprise environment. Cases and exercises are based on a sampling project simulated from real project in the organization.

Designed to illustrate key gaps on vendor management as well as what that are important for effective vendor management in individual stages of project management lifecycle. The workshop entertains participants with cases and hands-on exercises on the tools and techniques proved practical in various project management environments.

A unique workshop that associates in-depth process training with process design, development and deployment activities, designed using a “Learning-by-Doing” approach. Participants will learn how important the change management is and have opportunity to discuss best practices and techniques for successful change management.
