Strategic Plan Assessment
With the purpose to seek for the best approach to effectively and reliably assess performance of the strategic plan, ISA was hired not only to create a framework, but also to develop facilities and skill sets necessary for the purpose as such. Individual objectives of the project were achievable through the development and application of Project Portfolio Management and certain level of Change Management program.
Service Business and Operation Design
A unique requirement to obtain the executive board authorization to build a new service business within a limited timeframe, ISA team had led the client to design security service business, organization structure, operations, and more importantly service value streams requiring for effective and reliable BCA. The service included the development of executive presentation and supporting materials.
Considered as one of the fastest ISO/IEC20000 development, through years of ITSM experiences, ISA had helped the client develop Service Management framework and practices meeting ISO/IEC20000 standard and got certified in the shortest timeframe ever. The client highly satisfied with measurable results including the meeting of organization/executive’s objective, outstanding quality of the deliverables and operational improvements.
